If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Vitalysis – 2nd floor, 202, Sankalp Square-2, Juna Sharda Mandir Char Rasta, Jalaram temple Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380006.
  • Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service. 
  • Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 
  • Service” refers to the Website. 
  • Website” refers to Vitalysis, accessible from [www.vitalysisworld.com] 
  • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We have a liberal policy in place for cancellation so that you enjoy a seamless experience of shopping with us. Under our Cancellation Policy, you are entitled to cancel the order placed with us on www.vitalysisworld.com till the time the order is dispatched. Once product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

If the above conditions are met, we will cancel the order and refund the money to you within 2-5 days from the day of placing the cancellation request. 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Policy 

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 2 – 5 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2 – 5 business days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 2 – 5 business days from the date of us receiving the products back as well as on receiving your bank details on e-mail. It will take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Steps for Refund & Return

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email on vcare@vitalysis-bi.com within 5 days of receiving the delivery of your order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email images or a video of the product and the invoice for our reference. In the images/ video shared on email, the product’s batch details should be clearly visible without which we would be unable to process your request. 

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 4 – 7 days of receiving your request. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Once all the details are received, it would take our Customer Services team 4 days to revert on your complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you shall be informed of the same with an authorization number and we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 2 – 5 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.
